Last weekend I was away for the weekend attending a cake retreat. It was soo much fun. Action packed and new things..

we created a couple of projects, but there was one small and our main project that absolutely stood out..

The small project is a pumpkin modelled from rice krispies and covered in white chocolate modelling paste…YUMMMY…and the 2 rats are tooo cute as well…

And the main project was a wedding cake..which was airbrushed, orchid flower modelled, Cricut pattern cut [I want that machine] and Isomalt Chandelier.

Isomalt decorations are in rage in USA..we were one of the first few ones to learn it. This is edible sugar art and it looks like crystals/diamonds…it looks absolutely stunning..and oh sooo pretty…if you love bling…then this is it..Would make any cake look classy..cant wait to start making them 🙂

This cake was made in the similar theme to the Spring cake, with different colour schemes.

The main cake is White chocolate mudcake with Chocolate filling and Ganache covered in Fondant.

30 Baby cupcakes were vanilla. The pink ones were strawberry and the purple were vanilla frosting.

Hi Rose. The cake was delightful and beautifully decorated. Celine loved the cake as well as the guests who complimented the presentation. All the cakes were gone especially the cupcakes which were enjoyed by the children. Thank you again for all your effort and outstanding work. Regards Maya

Since its spring down under, a nice bright cake adorned with Daisy’s was appropriate.

The cake was coffee cake with Coffee icing and a hint of Baileys [coffee liquer]

This is what the cake looked like once u cut it 🙂

Hi All..Am back from a long vacation..And its good to be back and baking 🙂

Last weekend, i was asked to make a Ben10 Watch cake for a friends son. It was fun making it. It also gave me a chance to use my new airbrush 🙂 ooo i love it..

For a personal touch i cut out the birthday boy’s name and age the same way they have Ben10 written..The birthday boy was surely happy and his 2 year old brother was trying to hit the centre of the watch [for all those not familiar with ben10, some aliens come out when u press the centre]..so thaat was a huge compliment by it self 🙂

the cake was white chocolate mudcake with chocolate ganache.

Enjoy
