I was very honoured when Rosanna asked me to do Linda’s Kitchen Tea [Bridal shower] cake. The theme was Vintage High Tea..and ofcourse she wanted a Teapot Shaped cake.
It was fun to make this and challenging as the husband was away travelling and I had to do this while looking after my 2 kids. However the cake was a HUGE hit ๐ woohooo
The cake is White chocolate mud cake covered in Fondant. The teapot has Vanilla buttercream filling and the Table cake has Chocolate ganache under the fondant cloth. I also gave the Teapot and cups the sheen to make it look like realย porcelain. Infact some of the guests initially thought it was a real TeaSet on top of the cake ๐ makes me happy to hear things like that. ๐
