This is the 2011 Christmas cake i made for our family event. the 11 penguins represent the 11 kids we have among us!!!…and you will notice 2 of them playing with their Nintendo DS…thats what happens all the time 
Cake was rich fruit cake soaked in brandy and covered in Fondant!
