Like last year, I made the main cake for St.Vincent’s Feast day at our church St.Vincents, Ashfield.
Since its beginning of spring at that time, i try and center the theme around spring or colour!! this is however a very plain yet colourful and simple cake!
Cake was chocolate cake with malted chocolate frosting!
